 2006 Chardonnay

This mouth-watering Chardonnay was produced from grapes harvested at optimum maturity from the finest growing regions in northern California. To retain fresh fruitiness, it was 40% barrel fermented. The remainder stainless steel fermented and then American oak aged. Barrel fermented Chenin Blanc was added for enhanced fruit flavors and floral complexities to round out our blend. Elegant, medium-bodied, with a subtle oak aroma and superb lingering flavors. This wine is perfectly suited to accompany steamed vegetables, chicken, seafood, delicate pasta dishes and turkey.
 

2004 Merlot

Our winemaking team worked to enhance the flavor producing this soft, balanced, easy-drinking wine. 100% malolactic fermentation and then aged in American oak. Napa Cabernet Sauvignon was added for depth and richness. Small amounts of Lodi Zinfandel and Monterey Petite Sirah add complexity and color. The fresh fruit jumps out of the glass with wonderful identifiable Merlot characteristics. The flavor and texture are right on target with mouth-filling enjoyment. Whispering Peak Merlot is a great accompaniment for filled pastas, sauteed scallops, stir-fry, chicken dishes, veal and lamp.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

 Grapes from superior regions of California helped the winemakers achieve a richer flavor with more depth while keeping the tannins restrained. 100% malolactic fermentation and then the wines were American oak aged to marry the flavors. The wine has wonderful varietal character and is consumer friendly with a delightful taste and finish. Serve with cheeses, roasted meats, broiled pork, marinara sauces or with chocolate desserts.

 2006 White Zinfandel

Produced as a premium varietal using the arrested-fermentation technique which captures the natural fruitiness of the Zinfandel grape. Quite pleasant with a refreshing taste and lovely pink color. Enjoy chilled, it is wonderful with light foods of all types.
